This website doesn’t collect any personal information directly — there’s no contact form, and we don’t use analytics or tracking scripts. If you call or email us, any details you give us are used only to deal with your enquiry. The “Get directions” link takes you to Google Maps on Google’s own site, governed by their privacy policy rather than ours.
How we use it
Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry or booking. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, and we do not use it for marketing unless you separately ask us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your request, and delete them afterwards unless you become a regular customer, in which case normal business record-keeping applies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us by phone or email to make a request.
